1. Booking and Payment

•A deposit of 30% of the total safari cost is required to confirm your booking.

•The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the start of the safari.

•Bookings made less than 30 days before departure must be paid in full at the time of booking.

•We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, and mobile money (where applicable).

•All bank charges and transfer fees are the responsibility of the client.

•All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice due to changes in park fees, taxes, fuel prices, or exchange rates.

•Once a booking is confirmed and a deposit is paid, your price is guaranteed and will not be affected by future changes.

•It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport, visa (if required), travel insurance, and necessary vaccinations.

•GO WITH ME PHOTOGRAPHIC SAFARIS is not liable for any loss or delay caused by missing travel documents.

•Clients must inform us of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or mobility issues in advance.

•We prioritize safety but cannot be held liable for injury, illness, or loss during the safari unless due to negligence on our part.

•We reserve the right to change routes, accommodation, or activities if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, park regulations, or safety concerns.

We understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

•More than 60 days before safari start date: Full refund minus bank/processing fees.

•45 to 59 days before safari: 80% refund of total safari cost.

•30 to 44 days before safari: 50% refund.

•15 to 29 days before safari: 30% refund.

•Less than 14 days before safari or no-show: No refund.

•All cancellations must be sent in writing via email.

•Refunds will be processed within 14 business days.

•We recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, delays, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.
